Description
Taken in Montgomery, Alabama, not only is this the intersection of named after the founder of of Montgomery, Andrew Dexter but also the location of Dexter Avenue King Memorial Baptist Church. Dr. Martin Luther King was the pastor of the church from 1954-1960, just a couple blocks from the State Capitol building. This intersection also Historic because of many civil rights meetings followed by the organization of the Montgomery bus boycott in 1955.
